Craft & Cleaver Catering

Craft & Cleaver Catering – Fire meets flavour!
Craft & Cleaver specialise in rustic wedding feasts cooked on our impressive wood-fired barbecue rigs - a showstopping & unforgettable experience for your wedding celebration that your guests will talk about for years to come.
From wood-fired grilling to smoking & roasting directly on the coals, our chefs (firemasters) utilise a variety of techniques to infuse your wedding feast with that incredible flame-grilled flavour that just can't be beaten. Imagine the succulent aroma of Scottish salmon cooked on cedar planks, the delicate smokiness of slow-cooked lamb al asador, and the sizzling crackle of fresh produce grilling over an open flame. Each dish we prepare showcases the rich complexity & depth that only cooking over wood & charcoal can bring, delivered to your tables on rustic sharing platters for you and your guests to devour!
We understand that your wedding day is a celebration of love & togetherness, and our team will work closely with you to curate a bespoke menu that reflects your individual tastes, preferences, and dietary requirements with the finest locally sourced ingredients. We'll also provide a tasting as part of your catering package, so you can sample the flavours before the big day.
We’re committed to delivering a flawless catering experience that exceeds your expectations. From the initial consultation to the last sizzle on the grill, our dedicated staff will provide attentive & professional service, taking care of every detail to ensure your wedding day is stress-free & truly extraordinary.
